3rd experiment
The purpose of this experiment was to research the techniques which could create the sensation of a continuous surface. Linked x-cuts are being created on either 2 sides or all four. The resulting v-shaped fabric elements are then rotated on the frame.
Further experiments concerning location of the cuts and proportions of the frame will follow.

1st and 2nd experiments
The slitting experiments are dealing both with ornamental as well as with structural aspects. A number of experiments on how to get simple overlaying slitting patterns by using elastic materials have been accomplished.
The next steps are experiments within 3d structures, as well as types of structures that can emerge(dealing with cutting and rotating, creating different states or types of tension within the material).
